The Kaijin series features a beautiful kasumi like finish, where the body of the blade has an almost nashiji style finish that is polished to a near mirror polish past the clad line near the edge. It's relatively thin at the polished and rounded spine and becomes very thin behind the edge. The height of the blade combined with the hybrid profile makes this an incredibly versatile knife.
