Gyuto's are a great all purpose knife. Inspired by the traditional western style chef's knife these knives can do it all. Ranging from 180 mm up to 270 mm these knives a great for chopping vegetables and herbs, slicing meat and anything else you can throw at it.

These are the top of the line from Kikuichi. Flawless knives that perform as good if not better than they look, if that's even possible. Swedish steel core is clad in 44 layers of Damascus steel containing a mixture of nickel, SUS410 and J1 stainless steels making it super sharp and super easy to maintain. The traditional Japanese handles made from Ho-wood and Buffalo horn and the tsuchime “hand hammered" pattern make this one of the most beautiful, comfortable and best performing knives to use in our shop.
