These beauties come to us from Miki Hamono located in Miki City Japan. The area is well regarded for its knife making traditions and these knives don't disappoint. Razor sharp out of the box the VG-10 steel holds its edge for a very long time. These knives are very well balanced right at the bolster and are great for those who want something a little close in feel to a German knife. Nice and thin behind the edge these knives feel as though they are gliding through most ingredients. These are some of our favorite at the shop both because of their performance and bang for your buck.
