We know buying a knife online can be a tough task and want to put your mind at ease. We offer a very flexible Return & Refund Policy. We are always available to answer any questions you may have about products, ordering, and shipping. Prices can be viewed in the currency of your choice by scrolling to the bottom left of the homepage and using the drop down menu to choose your desired currency. Currency at checkout will match that of the destination country of your package.
We accept Paypal, Google Pay, Interac, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Discover.
All products sold on the website are in stock at our facility and ship within one business day. We also offer same day shipping for orders placed before 12pm.

All shipments will receive a tracking number free of charge. You will receive an email notification once your order has been prepared for shipping with your tracking number. This can take up to 48 hours.
We ship using a variety of courier services in order to provide the best possible shipping experience to our customers including UPS, Purolator, Fedex, DHL, Loomis Express, Canpar.
For Shipping within Canada and USA:
Please allow 4-7 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Orders shipping within Canada or the United States of America with a value of $150 CAD or more will receive free shipping with tracking.
For Shipping Internationally:
Please allow 4-7 business days for shipments made internationally.
Orders shipping internationally with a value of $600 CAD or more will receive free shipping.
We are a Canadian company, shipping from Etobicoke, Ontario.
For Canadian Shipments: There are no duties for domestic shipments. Provincial taxes are applied at checkout after inputting your shipping address.
For US Shipments: We cover all duties and taxes for shipments to the US, so you don’t have to.
For International Shipments (Ex-US/CA): International orders are subject to the customs and brokerage fees of the receiving country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. These charges are not included in the amount paid to SHARP Knife Shop during the checkout process.
Please inform us immediately of any damage to a shipment by sending a picture of the damage to our email address info@sharpknifeshop.com A full refund will be provided to customers who receive a damaged item or a new item will be shipped out to the customer at no charge. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
If you are unhappy with the product you’ve purchased feel free to return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a full refund the item must be unused and in the original packaging. SHARP Knife Shop will pay for return shipping. Once the package has arrived at our facility a refund will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
