We are committed to providing a pleasurable online shopping experience. All products sold on the website are in stock at our facility and ship the same business day they are ordered (before 3 pm). We ship using Canada Post. A trusted and reliable shipping option. All shipments made in Canada and the USA will receive a tracking number free of charge. We know buying a knife online can be a tough task and want to put your mind at ease, because of this we offer a very flexible return policy, check below for more information. Shipping within Canada and USA
Please allow 4-7 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Orders shipping within Canada or the United States of America with a value of $200 CAD or more will receive free shipping with tracking.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been prepared for shipping with your tracking number. This can take up to 24 hours.
Please allow 7-21 business days for shipments made internationally.
Orders shipping internationally with a value of $400 CAD or more will receive free shipping.
International Shipments under $75 CAD will not receive a tracking number.
International orders are subject to the customs and brokerage fees of the receiving country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. These charges are not included in the amount paid to SHARP knife shop during the checkout process.
If you are unhappy with the product you’ve purchased feel free to return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a full refund the item must be unused and in the original packaging. SHARP knife shop will pay for return shipping. Once the package has arrived at our facility a refund will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued to the form of payment used to make the purchase. Please inform us immediately of any damage to a shipment by sending a picture of the damage to our email address email@example.com. A full refund will be provided to customers who receive a damaged item or a new item will be shipped out to the customer at no charge. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
