RETURNS & REFUNDS

We at SHARP want to make your online knife buying experience a pleasant one, so are very accommodating with returns and refunds. Contact us anytime if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to remedy the situation. If you wish to make a return, please review our policy below. 

 

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

  • We accept returns for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in salable condition. Any product returned used or damaged will not be issued a refund. 
  • Should a customer wish to return an item, they must notify SHARP Knife Shop via email (info@sharpknifeshop.com) of their intent to do so. Once the item has been received and passed inspected at our facility, a refund be issued. 
  • SHARP Knife Shop must be notified within 14 days of the package being received by the customer of a refund request. Items in the customers possession for more than 14 days are not eligible for a refund. If the product was purchased as a gift during the holiday season, please refer to our Holiday Gift Return Policy below. 
  • Payment of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. SHARP Knife Shop will only pay for return postage if an item was received by the customer damaged or in otherwise undesirable condition. 
  • Tracking must be purchased on the return shipment by the party who is paying for postage. 
  • If the item is returned by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipment. If the product does not reach our facility a refund will not be issued.
  • After receipt by SHARP Knife Shop, please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be processed and issued to your account.
  • Refunds are made to the form of payment used to make the purchase. 

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • We accept returns for any reason.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in salable condition to be eligible for a refund. 
  • To make an in-store return, simply come by the shop anytime. Please bring the original or a copy of the receipt of purchase. 


HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS

If you are purchasing a gift for Christmas and are concerned the gift recipient may wish to make a return, don't worry! Each year, we extend our normal return policy beyond 14 days to allow gift recipients the opportunity to decide if they are happy with the product. If they wish to make a return, they are welcome to do so for a full refund or exchange. Please review our Online Order and In-Store Return policies above for instructions on the return process. 


We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policies. These guidelines were not created with the intention of making the return process a difficult one, but to protect us from fraud.
