These grills are great for grilling fish, steak, vegetables, and they are the perfect size for yakitori! Made out of Diatomaceous Earth mined and manufactured out of Suzu City, Ishikawa prefecture, on the Noto Peninsula of Japan, this material is highly regarded for its excellent heat insulation, which is a necessity for getting the heat for a solid smoky sear to your food! Paired with Binchotan charcoal which burns longer than conventional hardware store charcoal, it is a fantastic recipe for a delicious barbecue party/cookout!
