Gyuto's are the Japanese equivalent to a chefs knife. One of, if not, the most versatile knife in a cook/chefs arsenal. Great for chopping veggies, slicing meat and even capable of breaking down fish and other proteins. Every professional cook/chef should have one of these in their kit.

Made in a factory setting in the Tosa region using a unique process called roll forging. This technique blends modern manufacturing with traditional forging techniques giving the knife the benifit of both worlds; a beautifully made knife with great fit and finish and supremely sharp edge with great edge retention.
