Nice big splash and go #2000 stone, great for bevel work or edges.
We tried this out head to head with the Naniwa green brick of joy, this stone is definitely coarser. Kicks up a good mud and cuts fast, feels like a finer version of our Imanishi #1000.
Leaves a nice edge with more than enough tooth to handle skinned vegetables.
